Regenerative Medicine Treatments in Orlando

Non-surgical treatment for pain, injury and aging

Regenerative Sport, Spine & Spa is a physician-led regenerative medicine clinic in Orlando. We treat chronic joint and spine pain, sports and accident injuries, neuropathy, hormone decline and age-related conditions using PRP, stem cell therapy, exosomes, ozone and shockwave, without surgery and without long recovery times.

Every treatment is delivered by a licensed physician after a proper assessment. If a regenerative approach isn’t right for what you’re dealing with, we’ll tell you that too.

How regenerative medicine works

Most pain treatment manages symptoms. A cortisone shot quiets inflammation for a few weeks. Surgery removes or replaces the damaged part.

Regenerative medicine works on the tissue itself. We concentrate the biological signals your body already uses to repair damage, including platelets, growth factors and stem cells, then deliver them directly into the injured area.

That difference explains most of what patients notice. Results build over weeks rather than appearing overnight, and the approach suits people who want to avoid surgery, or who have already tried injections without lasting relief.

It isn’t right for everything. Bone-on-bone arthritis, complete tendon ruptures and certain structural problems still need surgical repair. Part of our job at the consultation is telling you honestly which category you’re in.

Regenerative Treatments We Offer

How we decide what's right for you

Every plan starts with a physician assessment, not a treatment menu. We review imaging where it exists, examine the area in question, go through what you’ve already tried, and talk about what you want to get back to.

Three things shape the recommendation:

  • How much healthy tissue remains. Regenerative treatment works with what’s there. The more intact structure, the better the outcome.
  • What you’ve already tried. Cortisone that stopped working doesn’t rule anything out. It often points toward a regenerative approach instead.
  • Your timeline. Recovery is gradual. If you need to be back at full activity in two weeks, we’ll tell you that up front.

Some patients need a single course of PRP. Others do better with stem cell therapy, or a combination of shockwave and prolozone across several visits. That decision belongs in the consultation room, not on a website.

Common questions about regenerative treatment

Most commonly knee, back, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis, tendon and ligament injuries, sports injuries and car accident injuries, and neuropathy. We also treat hormone decline, erectile dysfunction and hair loss using the same regenerative principles. If what you’re dealing with isn’t on our list, ask. The underlying approach applies more broadly than a page of service names suggests.

Cortisone suppresses inflammation. It often works well in the short term, but it treats the signal rather than the cause, and repeated use can weaken tendon and cartilage over time. Regenerative injections aim to improve the tissue itself. A large share of our patients come to us after cortisone stopped giving them lasting relief.

Not reversed in the sense of returning a disc to the state it was in at twenty. What regenerative treatment can realistically do is reduce inflammation around the segment, support the surrounding soft tissue, and relieve the pain and stiffness that come with degeneration. We’re deliberate about that distinction, because a lot of marketing in this field isn’t.

Most patients notice change somewhere between three and eight weeks, with improvement continuing for three to six months as tissue remodels. Shockwave and prolozone often bring earlier relief. This is not a treatment that works the day you walk out, and any clinic promising that is overselling it.

Bone marrow is drawn from the pelvis and is richer in certain signalling cells. Adipose, meaning fat-derived, yields a higher total cell count and is generally more comfortable to harvest. Which suits you depends on your age, the tissue being treated and your health history. Your physician will explain the reasoning behind the one they recommend rather than leaving you to choose blind.

Usually not. Most regenerative treatments are paid out of pocket, and we’d rather you heard that here than at the front desk. Care following a car accident is often the exception. You’ll get the full cost in writing before anything is scheduled, with no charges appearing later.

No referral is needed. You can book a consultation directly. That first visit is an assessment rather than a sales appointment. If a regenerative approach isn’t the right tool for your problem, we’ll say so and point you toward what is.

Not sure which treatment you need?

That’s what the consultation is for. Tell us what’s bothering you and our physicians will assess it properly, explain your options in plain language, and build a plan around your goals. Serving Orlando, Lake Nona, Kissimmee and Central Florida.
